The complete set includes right-side turbo 841901 for cylinders 1-4 and left-side turbo 841902 for cylinders 5-8. Key BMW OE references include 11657852372 / 11658070599 for the right side and 11657852373 / 11658070601 for the left side. Both are direct-replacement OE turbochargers and the pair is supplied on an exchange basis.

This brand new OE turbocharger set contains both turbochargers for selected BMW M5 F90, M8 F91/F92/F93, X5 M F95 and X6 M F96 applications. The set is suitable for the 4.4 V8 petrol S63 B44 B engine producing between 600HP and 635HP.

This turbocharger set is supplied on an exchange basis, which means we require both of your old turbochargers to be returned. You can arrange this in whichever way is most convenient:

We always recommend having your replacement turbocharger fitted by a qualified mechanic. Correct installation is essential to ensure proper fitment, reliable operation, and long service life from day one.

It is also essential that the root cause of the original turbocharger failure is identified before fitting the replacement. In many cases there is an underlying issue that also needs attention, such as a blocked DPF. This is one of the most common contributing factors, and fitting a new turbo without resolving it can place the replacement under unnecessary strain.

Unless otherwise stated, warranty is provided to the original purchaser for repair or replacement of the turbocharger for 1 year from the date of purchase or 12,000 miles (whichever occurs first). Warranty covers the turbocharger for faulty workmanship or components and does not extend to damage caused by misuse in fitting or operation.
The reason for failure of the previous turbocharger must be rectified prior to fitting a replacement. Air and oil filters, engine oil, gaskets and the oil feed pipe need to be changed or replaced. Proof of purchase of components may be required to support any claims.
Proof and date of the original purchase will be required before considering any warranty claim, and the unit must be returned complete. Any attempt to dismantle or repair the unit will invalidate the conditions of warranty. Warranty does not cover any cost of labour or materials required to remove or reinstall the turbocharger.
Delivery is available within the United Kingdom and internationally, subject to availability. Free delivery applies to turbochargers supplied to UK mainland addresses unless otherwise stated. Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only.
Stock items ordered before 3 pm are typically dispatched the same working day for next-day delivery. Orders placed after 3 pm, at weekends or on bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Non-stock or special-order items are subject to lead times, which will be confirmed separately. Certain geographical locations may require extended delivery periods.
Please inspect goods immediately upon delivery. Where packaging is visibly damaged, delivery should be refused and reported without delay.
If you need to return a turbocharger or send a unit back to us, please contact us first so we can advise on the correct process.
Where a unit is being returned or collected, it must be securely packaged in a suitable, rigid cardboard box and adequately protected using appropriate packaging materials. Non-essential components, including oil feed pipes, oil return pipes, sensors, wiring, brackets, and ancillary fittings, should be removed before sending.
Where return shipment is arranged by the customer, please retain proof of shipment and tracking details.
Please check your turbocharger part number before ordering. Many vehicles use more than one turbocharger version depending on model year, engine code, power output, emissions setup and actuator type.
