What we offer

Exchange turbochargers

We supply and stock brand new and remanufactured turbochargers, ready to be shipped the same day by express delivery service. We offer free UK next day delivery and welcome trade accounts and retail customers. No matter what type of turbo you’re looking for we can help; we always have hundreds of highest quality turbochargers in stock. This includes all the big brand name models including obsolete and discontinued turbochargers.

Repairs

There are many reasons why you may wish to repair your turbo rather than replace it. One is to ensure that you only pay for components that need replacement. Another is that we can identify the reasons your turbo failed. We’ll always tell you whether anything can be done to rectify the problem and prevent premature failure in future. After our repair, your turbo will work – and look – like new.

Our turbocharger repair service includes all new journal bearings, thrust bearing, seal rings and a complete service overhaul. It also includes a complete blasting and cleaning on all reclaimable parts. We’ll replace other components when they’re worn or if requested by a customer. We can also repair wastegates and pneumatic actuators.

Our repair service starts from £150+VAT. Same day and 24h repair services are available when you drop off your turbo at our workshop (subject to parts availability).

Warranty Inspections

We also offer an inspection and report service on used turbochargers to identify the cause of failure and prevent premature failure in future. Many turbochargers fail due to engine-related problems which need to be rectified before fitting a replacement.

We carry out inspections on failed turbochargers before starting any repairs. If you have a damaged or broken turbo, we can help. There are many possible causes of turbocharger failure. We’re re experts in turbo failure analysis and failure diagnosis.

Turbocharger upgrades

While we are repairing your turbo, we can also upgrade for increased reliability and performance. We offer various turbo upgrades including billet wheels, performance bearings and seals, enlarged turbines, ball-bearing conversions, machining turbocharger housings, cutting back turbine blades, porting and polishing, staggered seals, hybrids and more. All our upgraded turbochargers come with upgraded bearings and seals as standard – and very competitive prices.

Electronic turbocharger actuators

We also test, repair, program, calibrate and supply turbo actuators for most vehicles. We stock a wide range of exchange turbo electronic actuators, which are on the shelf ready to go on an exchange basis. Please call to check availability.
All rebuilt turbo actuators are tested thoroughly on our advanced testing equipment to ensure compliance with OE specifications. To ensure extended unit life, we only use genuine components during rebuilding. Every rebuilt turbo actuator comes with an unlimited mileage warranty as standard.
We can recondition most electronic actuators to 'as new' condition, overcoming 99% of possible faults. If we cannot repair your unit, we can supply a replacement.
