Collection and Delivery
1. Delivery Terms
Turboworks Turbochargers Ltd offers delivery within the United Kingdom and internationally, subject to availability.
Free delivery applies to turbochargers supplied to UK mainland addresses unless otherwise stated.
Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and do not form part of any contractual obligation.

Stock items are typically dispatched for next working day delivery where orders are placed before the stated cut-off time.

Non-stock or special-order items are subject to lead times, which will be confirmed separately.

Certain geographical locations may require extended delivery periods.
Turboworks Turbochargers Ltd shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or events outside of our control, including but not limited to adverse weather, industrial action, transport disruption, or force majeure events.
2. Transfer of Risk and Delivery Condition
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
The customer is responsible for inspecting the goods immediately upon delivery.
Where packaging is visibly damaged, delivery must be refused and reported to Turboworks Turbochargers Ltd without delay.
Acceptance of delivery, including signing for the goods, shall be deemed confirmation that the goods were received in satisfactory condition and free from transit damage.
3. Collection of Turbochargers
Where collection is arranged by Turboworks Turbochargers Ltd, the customer must ensure that the turbocharger is:

Securely packaged in a suitable, rigid cardboard box

Adequately protected using appropriate packaging materials (e.g. bubble wrap or equivalent)

Complete, including actuator where applicable, unless otherwise agreed in writing
The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the unit is correctly packaged for transport.
Turboworks Turbochargers Ltd shall not be liable for any damage incurred in transit as a result of insufficient, inadequate, or improper packaging.
4. Preparation of Units for Collection
Prior to collection, the customer must ensure that:

All non-essential components are removed, including but not limited to oil feed pipes, oil return pipes, sensors, wiring, brackets, and ancillary fittings

The turbocharger is free from loose components and external contamination where reasonably practicable
Turboworks Turbochargers Ltd accepts no responsibility for any additional parts or components sent with the unit.
Where such items are received, Turboworks reserves the right to dispose of them or apply additional charges for handling or removal.
5. Repair Collection Service
Free collection and return delivery applies only where a turbocharger is accepted for inspection and repair.
Where a unit is determined to be beyond economical repair, a replacement turbocharger may be offered.
If the customer declines the replacement, return of the original unit shall be subject to delivery charges payable by the customer.
6. Return Transit Responsibility
Customers returning turbochargers to Turboworks Turbochargers Ltd are responsible for:

Ensuring adequate packaging

Selecting appropriate courier services where applicable

Retaining proof of shipment and tracking details
Turboworks Turbochargers Ltd shall not be responsible for items lost, damaged, or delayed in transit where the return shipment is arranged by the customer.
