So what information do we collect and how do we use it? Here’s what it means when you browse our website, contact us, request a quotation, register an account or place an order with Turboworks Turbochargers.

When your shipping address is different to your billing address

When you give us the necessary postal information, we collect and use it to fulfil your order, arrange delivery or collection and prevent fraud where appropriate. Your delivery details are shared with the relevant delivery or collection provider where necessary to complete the service.

By the way, if you become a registered member of Turboworks Ltd, you can add or remove addresses or hold multiple addresses on our system for you to choose from each time. We keep this information private and use it for the purposes explained in this policy.

'Product back in stock' emails

If you choose this option, we can send you an email to let you know when your required product is back in stock. We use the contact details you provide for that notification, rather than automatically signing you up for marketing emails.

We recommend our order service because we make many turbochargers to order, helping us meet customers' particular requirements. Please see our order information for further details.

For some of our most popular turbochargers, we keep stock available for immediate dispatch. From time to time, products are temporarily out of stock. If you ask to be notified, we can let you know when they become available again.

Contact us by email

When you contact us by email, through our Contact Us page, by telephone or through WhatsApp, we use the details you provide to respond and deal with your enquiry. Correspondence may be retained in our email, messaging or business records. If we quote you a price, we may keep the quotation and your basic contact details in a separate record so we can refer back to what we offered, even if our prices later change. If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp or another external messaging service, that provider also processes information under its own privacy policy. Contacting us does not automatically subscribe you to our newsletter.
