When you make a purchase
When you shop with us, we only intend to contact you about your order. We don't want to send you unnecessary emails that you aren't interested in. Let’s face it; we all get enough already, don't we! However, we believe our products and service do the selling for us, so we don't need to bombard you with lots of promotional emails.
The emails/messages that we send you will primarily be about your order, any issues that may arise, delivery confirmation, shipping amendments or similar things. We’ll never share your information, including your email address, with any third party.
When your shipping address is different to your billing address
When you give us necessary postal information, we want you to know that we’re only collecting the required information for the legitimate purpose of fulfilling your order(s). It won’t be shared elsewhere.
By the way, if you become a registered member of Turboworks Ltd, you can add/remove addresses as you please or hold multiple addresses on our system for you to choose each time. Again, this is all kept confidential of course.
'Product back in stock' emails
If you choose this option, we can send you an email to let you know when your required product is back in stock.
We recommend our Order service because we make a lot of our turbos to order to ensure that they are exactly to customers needs. Please see our Order Form for further information.
However, for some of our most popular turbochargers we keep stocks available for immediate dispatch and offer a FREE next day delivery service. From time to time, products are temporarily out of stock. In that case we can send a ‘back in stock’ email. If you’d like us to do this, simply find the product that’s out of stock, click on the product link and choose the option to receive an email when the product is back in stock. If you act fast when you get the email, we can ship it straight away.
Contact us by email
When you choose to contact us by email from our Contact Us page, your information won’t be saved in our database, nor will we send you any promotional offers or newsletters. However, if we quote you a price we'll add it, along with your basic information that you provide us with, to a separate spreadsheet. This is to ensure that we match what we quoted, even if our prices rise. We aim to be transparent and honest; if we quote you a price you have our word that we’ll honour it.
Cookies and how we use them
Cookies are miniscule pieces of data that held by your web browser’s memory or stored in a separate file on your computer’s hard drive.
