Phase 1

Phase 2

Strip Down & Cleaning

The turbocharger is dismantled fully and reusable components are cleaned professionally before inspection and measurement. Carbon deposits, oil contamination and debris are removed to assess internal wear and damage accurately.

We also inspect the condition of the turbine housing, compressor housing and variable geometry components before reassembly.

Component replacement

Worn bearings, seals and damaged internal components are replaced using quality replacement parts. Components that do not meet specification are not re-used.

We also check actuator operation and internal component tolerances to ensure the turbocharger is working as it should.

Phase 3

Balancing & Testing

Once reassembled, the turbocharger is balanced and tested. We check boost control movement, actuator function and overall assembly tolerances before final approval.

Final Quality Inspection

Before dispatch, every turbocharger undergoes a final visual inspection and quality check. The unit is prepared for collection, fitting or nationwide delivery.
