A purchased turbo delivery, the free collection of a removed turbo for agreed repair and the return of an old unit under an exchange scheme are separate services. We do not collect whole vehicles from Berkshire as part of the free repair collection service.

FREE Turbo Delivery, Repair Collection and Exchange Unit Returns - Berkshire

For the listed Berkshire addresses, delivery of a turbocharger purchased from our online shop is FREE. Similarly, an already-removed turbo may be collected at no charge after a repair or reconditioning collection has been arranged with the team. Returning an old exchange unit, however, is a different shipment and may involve customer-paid carriage or a refundable surcharge.

A blocked diesel particulate filter can restrict exhaust flow and may contribute to turbocharger problems. Our professional DPF cleaning takes place at the Eastbourne workshop. For Berkshire, DPF Collection = NO. Please remove the filter and arrange insured delivery to Unit 5B, Southbourne Business Park, Courtlands Rd, Eastbourne BN22 8UY at your own cost after booking with us.

After the agreed DPF cleaning is completed, Turboworks pays for the courier delivery back to you. The return shipment is FREE; normally it arrives the next working day after dispatch, subject to the courier. The cost of cleaning itself is quoted separately. This is different from our FREE collection service for already-removed turbos sent for agreed repair. For packaging, turnaround and the correct filter details, ask our team before sending the unit.
