If you aren’t happy with our product or you have simply changed your mind you may return the product (with proof of purchase) within 30 days of the delivery date, unless agreed otherwise. If the turbocharger is not returned within 30 days, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note that you will need to cover the shipping cost back to our workshop. Please ensure that you return your items via tracked delivery as we cannot be held responsible for items that we haven’t received.

When the part is returned for a refund it must be in original condition, undamaged and complete with all paperwork, gaskets etc. If anything is missing or the item is damaged for reasons not due to our error, we may offer only a partial refund (if applicable).

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notifying you that we’ve received your returned item. We’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or other original method of payment, within 5 working days (processing time).

Shipping costs are not refundable. If you decide to use our prepaid shipping label and return the item, we reserve the right to deduct the shipping cost from your refund.
