A replacement turbocharger delivered free of charge, a removed turbo collected for an accepted repair, and the return of an old exchange unit are three distinct arrangements. A free repair collection does not include whole-vehicle recovery or automatic free return shipping for old exchange units.

An engine with reduced power or an underboost code does not automatically need a replacement turbocharger. Inspect boost hoses, charge-air leaks, vacuum lines, boost-control solenoids, electronic actuators and related sensors before ordering.
