Delivery, Identification and Trade Support
We understand how important turnaround time is when vehicles are waiting in the workshop for parts.
Alongside UK-wide dispatch, we also run our own local deliveries across much of the South Coast and surrounding areas. Depending on where the garage is based and what stock is available, most deliveries are completed the same day and sometimes within hours.
For trade customers, old surcharge units can often be collected the same day or arranged around workshop schedules where needed.

Trade customers regularly send us registration numbers, part numbers or pictures of the original turbocharger through WhatsApp so we can help match the unit before ordering.
Vehicle registration numbers are often enough for us to identify the correct unit, although some applications may also require a picture of the original turbocharger, part number or VIN/chassis number to confirm fitment.

A replacement turbocharger will not fix the problem if the original fault is still there.
We deal with turbocharger diagnostics, remanufacturing and workshop repairs every day, so we regularly help garages identify common causes of repeat failure including oil contamination, blocked DPF systems, boost leaks, excessive crankcase pressure and actuator faults.
We can also advise on servicing, installation problems and faults elsewhere within the system that may damage the replacement unit if left unresolved.
