This turbocharger is sold on an exchange basis, which means we require your old unit to be returned to us. You can arrange this in whichever way is most convenient:

1. Pay the surcharge online to have your replacement dispatched immediately. Your surcharge is refunded in full as soon as we receive your old unit. We require your old turbocharger to be returned within 21 days of receiving your new or remanufactured unit.
2. Send your old turbocharger to us first – once we have received it, we will dispatch your replacement the same day, with no surcharge required.
3. Exchange it at our Eastbourne workshop – bring your old unit in person and we will sort everything while you are here.

Before ordering, we strongly recommend checking the part number and OE reference stamped on your existing turbocharger. Even within the same model range, small variations in engine configuration can affect fitment.

It is also essential that the root cause of the original turbocharger failure is identified before fitting the replacement. In many cases there is an underlying issue that also needs attention, such as a blocked DPF. This is one of the most common contributing factors, and fitting a new turbo without resolving it can place the replacement under unnecessary strain.
