Collection and Delivery

We offer free delivery on all turbochargers within the UK mainland.

On most orders we offer next day delivery if orders are placed by 3pm on stock orders. For non-stock orders we’ll contact you with estimated delivery date. Please note that some UK destinations may take 5–10 working days. Overseas orders may take considerably longer. We do not take responsibility for unforeseen delays by the courier, like bad weather, strike, war, road accidents, bankruptcy etc.

Free collection and delivery only applies if we service or repair your turbo. If your turbo is beyond economic repair we’ll offer you a replacement. If you decide not to accept our offer and need us to ship your turbo back to you we'll ask you to cover the shipping costs.

On delivery, you must check that the unit delivered does not have damaged packaging. In case of damage in transit you must refuse delivery and tell us immediately. By signing for the delivery, you are confirming that the goods were delivered in good order and not damaged in transit.

All units we collect from customers by courier for repair, or return to us, must be wrapped and protected in a cardboard box. It is the customer’s responsibility to protect the item. We do not take responsibility for items damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging.

All turbochargers we collect must be checked before arranging collection. Please send the turbocharger (complete with actuators) and remove all unnecessary items from the unit such as oil feed and return pipes, sensors and fitting brackets. We won’t accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged and may charge you extra for removing it.

To ensure that items reach us in the same condition that you sent them, please protect the item in the box using bubble wrap and packaging. We will not be responsible for damage caused by bad packaging.
